Sign In (Password-Free)

PosterYX uses secure email sign-in links — no passwords required.

1. Visit My Account.
2. Enter your email under “Claim your account / Sign In” and click Email me a link.
3. Open your email on the same device/browser and click the link to finish linking.
4. Once linked, you’ll see “Signed in as …” and your plan badge at the top of your account.

Magic links expire automatically. If one doesn’t work or you didn’t receive it, request a new one.

Plans & Billing

• Free — basic templates and PNG export (1x / 2x)
• Day Pass — full Pro access for 24 hours
• Pro — all premium templates and high-res exports
• Pro + Fonts — everything in Pro plus the Google Font Pack
• AI Plan — everything in Pro + Fonts plus AI Assist with monthly AI credits

Manage everything from your Account page:

• Upgrade to a higher plan
• Manage Billing (update card, view invoices, cancel) in the secure Stripe portal
• Cancel plan at any time — you’ll retain access until your current period ends

Create a Flyer

1. Go to Create Flyer.
2. Choose a template (Free or Premium) or start Blank.
3. Use the toolbar to:
   • Add Text, Shapes, or Images
   • Edit font, color, size, weight
   • Change shape color and corner radius
   • Use Bring Forward / Send Backward to manage layers
   • Pan (hold Spacebar) and zoom with + / – or Fit
   • Toggle Transparent Background or choose a background color
4. Your edits auto-apply as you work — no need to save manually until export.

AI Assist & Credits

AI Assist is available on the AI Plan. It helps you generate flyer content faster (like headlines, descriptions, and layout-ready text).

• Monthly credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over.
• Top-up credits roll over until used.
• You can view your remaining credits and buy top-ups from your Account page.

Tip: If AI Assist is locked, make sure your browser is linked (send yourself a sign-in link and click it on the same device).

AI Image Generator

The AI Image Generator lets you create unique, high-quality images using text prompts — perfect for backgrounds, artwork, and flyer visuals.

How to Generate an Image

1. Go to the AI Image Generator.
2. Enter a detailed prompt describing the image you want.
3. Select an output resolution (1K, 2K, or 4K).
4. Click Generate Image and wait for the result.
5. Once complete, preview or download the image.

Credits & Usage

• Each image generation uses image credits.
• Higher resolutions use more credits:
  • 1K — lowest credit cost
  • 2K — medium credit cost
  • 4K — highest credit cost
• Monthly credits reset each billing cycle.
• Top-up credits roll over until used.

You can view your remaining credits, renewal date, and buy top-ups from your Account page.

Downloading Images

• Generated images can be downloaded directly using the Download button.
• Downloads are saved as high-quality PNG files.
• Your generated images remain available during your session.

Tip: If image generation is locked, make sure your browser is linked to the email used to purchase your Image plan.

Save, Load & Export

• Save (Local) — Download your flyer as a .png file.
• Load (Local) — Re-open a saved design to keep editing.
• Export:
  • Free: PNG 1x & 2x
  • Pro / Day Pass: PNG 1x, 2x, 3x & 4x, plus high-res PDF

Day Pass Access

When active, your Day Pass unlocks all Pro features for 24 hours. The countdown timer on your Account page shows how long you have left.

When it reaches zero, your plan automatically reverts to Free. Upgrading to a Pro plan removes the Day Pass automatically.

Troubleshooting

• Didn’t receive the email link? Check spam/junk and try again.
• “Almost done — link this browser” alert: Send a login link to the same device and click it.
• Export options missing: You’re on the Free plan; upgrade or ensure your browser is linked.
• Billing help: Manage billing from your Account or email marketing@posteryx.com.
