These Terms of Use (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and PosterYX (Capo Web Design Inc.) (“PosterYX”, “we”, “us”). By using PosterYX you agree to these Terms.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your region).
PosterYX uses passwordless “magic link” sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining control of your email account and any actions taken using links we send you.
You retain rights to your designs and uploads. You grant us a limited license to host/process your content to provide the Service.
Templates, site code, and branding are owned by PosterYX or our licensors. You may not resell, redistribute, or scrape our templates or content.
Do not use the Service to violate law, infringe IP, or upload harmful content (malware, hate, illegal materials). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
See our Refund Policy. Certain purchases (e.g., Day Pass) may be non-refundable.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PosterYX will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amounts you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations or risks to the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Wisconsin/The United States of Amercia, excluding conflicts of law rules. Venue and jurisdiction will be the courts located in Kenosha/Wisconsin.
We may update these Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.
